Turning Point Church really has been a dream that has been playing out in the back of our minds and hearts for years. We've been very fortunate to be a part of some great life giving churches during our lives while also having the chance to serve with some incredible leaders. It’s out of those experiences and relationships that we began to ask, ‘why couldn't we do that?’ It’s with that question where God began to put the desire in us and the dream to help build a church that was life giving.
For the past 25 years of ministry we have been involved in various roles of serving within the local church and overseas in Latin America. My role at Turning Point is to provide overall vision and direction to the mission of our church. I also serve as the primary communicator during our weekend services. I've been married to my beautiful wife for 25 years and we have four great kids; Aaron, Ellie, Christian and Karinna. For fun I like to hang out with my kids, watch sports, watch movies, read, and run. Of course college football rules and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish are my team.
Kids Ministry Director
Keisa grew up in the Midwest but spent most of her life in Quito Ecuador as a missionary kid. Her experiences on the mission field and in life have led to her love for kids and families.
Keisa serves Turning Point by providing vision and direction to our kids ministry and by helping parents. Keisa and Steve met back in college and are quickly approaching 25 years of marriage. She is the proud mom of four kids; Aaron, Elianna, Christian and Karinna. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, drinking a good cup of coffee and watching movies.
Warren and his wife Brenda have been involved in ministry for over twenty five years. They were missionaries in Poland doing leadership development and church planting, served as an associate pastor for fifteen years in NY, and co-founded David’s Refuge, a ministry to moms and dads of children with special needs. After their second son, David passed away from a fatal and untreatable disease they sought to love and serve parents just like them. Their other two sons are married and they are the proud grandparents of three grandsons.
Ryan grew up hearing about Jesus and his love for him. However, it wasn't until his battle with addiction that he understood the magnitude of that statement. Going through recovery he discovered a calling into ministry. As Operations Director, he focuses on growing Turning Point Church through our volunteers, leaders, and community outreach. He and his wife, Michelle, enjoy raising thier two boys in southwest Florida. You can find them on the beach, riding bikes, playing T-Ball in the backyard, and hanging out with friends.
We are currently searching for our next Worship/Arts Director to join our team. For more details, take a look at tpclive.org/jobs
